Inclusions:
- Arrival set of pool towels, toiletries per bathroom and bed linen (weekly change for bookings longer than 7 nights)
- Air-conditioning
- Minibar fridge, drinks stocked on arrival (soft drinks, juices, mineral water)
- Satellite TV
- Private heated swimming pool
- Wi-Fi broadband internet
- Continental breakfast delivered from 9am to 10:30am on the terrace, facing the rising sun
- Suggesting and booking restaurants, visits, guided tours
- Trouble shooting, language assistance
Room occupancy:
- During high season (from 26 Jul to 16 Aug), the minimum room occupancy period is two nights
- To allow time for cleaning, we would ask you to arrive only between 4pm and 7pm on the first day of your stay, and to vacate the room by 11am on the departure day
- Pets are not allowed
- For safety reason children under 17 years old and infants are not welcome
- Smoking is not allowed in room but allowed in open spaces

- If you are celebrating a special occasion, you may like to book a Celebration Hamper. The contents can be tailored to your taste and the occasion but suggested inclusions are champagne, cheese, fine wine and chocolates. Hampers are available from <%=divisa%> <%=cestino%>
Transfers Airport/Property/Airport:
- Transfer airport by taxi or mini-bus (please contact us for price)
Booking procedure:
- To secure your booking, you should contact us to confirm your booking, and pay your deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash on the spot
- The final balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival or on the spot upon arrival if otherwise agreed
Cancellation Fees:
All cancellations must be advised in writing
- In case of cancellation made more than 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival, loss of deposit.
- In case of cancellation made less than 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival, total holiday cost.
- During holiday 100% of total holiday cost
- We strongly recommend that you secure adequate travel insurance, which should in most cases, include cover, against loss of deposit, at the time of booking

- 10% for 2 weeks holiday
- 15% for 3 weeks holiday
